Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you give us, plus basic technical data your browser sends automatically.

• What you submit: your name, phone number, email address, the address and details of the property you want to sell, and anything else you choose to tell us in the form or on a call.
• Automatically: your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the site or ad that referred you. This comes from standard web logs and advertising tags.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details, or payment information through this website.

Why we collect it

• To prepare and give you a cash offer on your property.
• To contact you about that offer and answer your questions.
• To measure which ads and pages bring in genuine enquiries.

Phone calls and text messages

Who else sees your information

We are not in the business of selling your data, and we never sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run our systems, such as our customer relationship platform, which stores your enquiry and lets us follow up. They are only permitted to use your information to provide that service to us.
• Parties needed to close a transaction, such as a title company, closing attorney, or inspector, and only if you move forward with a sale.
• Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

Advertising and analytics

This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking to tell us which advertisements produce genuine enquiries. It uses cookies and similar technologies. It tells us that a conversion happened; it does not tell us who you are beyond what you submit yourself.

You can opt out of personalised Google advertising through Google Ads Settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you using this site or submitting the form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to do business with you and to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements. If you would like your information deleted, ask us and we will do it unless we are legally required to keep it.

How we protect it

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and enquiries are stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
