What this website is

This site describes our home-buying service and lets you request a cash offer. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy your property. An offer only exists once we have discussed your property with you and put specific terms in writing. Nothing here creates a binding agreement to buy or sell anything.

We are a buyer, not your agent

Highway Homes Buys buys property for its own account, and intends to profit from the properties it buys. We are not acting as your real estate agent or broker, and we do not represent you in a transaction. We owe you honesty and fair dealing, not the fiduciary duties an agent would owe. You are free to list your property with an agent, seek other offers, or decline ours.

Requesting an offer
